Administrative Assistant - Part Time Days, On Site

This position is responsible for providing ongoing administrative support services of a routine nature for a first-level management position and/or a group of professionals within PSMS. This position performs work that is secretarial and clerical in nature. The activities of this position include scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, meeting preparation and other logistical matters. It is anticipated that the person holding this position will communicate regularly with many of the organization's staff and supervisors.

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years Office experience.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
