Position Summary

The Workforce Scheduler manages internal customer calls/requests and uses a scheduling system to investigate, resolve, and document any identified workforce needs within Y Family Centers departments and locations.

Essential Functions

• Take and process Associate calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their requests for leave and/or time off
• Communicate with Associates to inform them about any schedule changes, opportunities for additional shifts, attendance policies, etc.
• Guide Associates through troubleshooting, navigating the internal workforce management system
• Review data to assist with continuous quality improvement
• Collaborate with scheduling team to improve associate experience and family center operations
• Support Y Family Center operations as needed
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Qualifications

EDUCATION

• High School Diploma or equivalent
  
  

Experience

• Experience working in call center or customer support role
• Experience making data informed decisions
  
  

Skills

• Strong active listening and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in problem solving
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
