Position Title: Workers’ Compensation Defense Attorney
Compensation: $175,000 – $210,000 annually + bonus of $20,000 – $50,000
Location: Encino or Orange, CA (with fully remote flexibility available)
Our established and expanding statewide Workers’ Compensation Defense firm is seeking a Senior Workers’ Compensation Defense Attorney to join our team. We value collaboration, innovation, and flexibility while offering a supportive environment where attorneys can thrive.
What We Offer
Compensation: $175,000 – $210,000 annually + bonus of $20,000 – $50,000

- At least 1 year of workers’ compensation defense or related legal experience
- Active California State Bar membership
- Strong advocacy, communication, and analytical skills
