Job Description
Manage the Worker’s Compensation claims process as it relates to those individuals who have been off work for more than one year. The Analyst will review Worker’s Compensation claims and track medical progress of associates and compliance with Ralphs Leave of Absence Policy. Interaction with Ralphs Store Managers, Sedgwick, Ralphs Legal Department & Ralphs Labor Relations Department is required to determine appropriate action with each claim. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
