We are seeking an experienced Window and Door Service Technician to join our team! In this role, you will assist on service calls to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality repair of Viwinco windows and patio doors. The ideal candidate is hands-on, customer-focused, and skilled in window/door service and repair.

We are seeking an experienced Window and Door Service Technician to join our team! In this role, you will assist on service calls to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality repair of Viwinco windows and patio doors. The ideal candidate is hands-on, customer-focused, and skilled in window/door service and repair.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform service calls at various homeowner locations to repair and/or replace Viwinco windows and doors.
- Ensure all products are functioning properly before leaving the customer’s home.
- Verify replacement parts are the correct size before performing service.
- Review operation and maintenance instructions with the homeowner and address any questions.
- Resolve service issues accurately, efficiently, and with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Partner with Service Technicians, the Service Manager, and Customer Service Team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Submit all service paperwork accurately and on time.
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management.
- 1–2 years of experience in finish carpentry (window and door experience preferred).
- Knowledge of basic window and patio door repair/service (a plus).
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to reflect empathy and professionalism while working directly with customers.
- Proven ability to adapt to feedback and work collaboratively.
- Customer service mindset with focus on accuracy and satisfaction.
- Company vehicle provided for business travel.
- Occasional overnight stays covered by the company (approx. 25%).
