Animal Management Systems Inc. (AMS) is seeking an experienced and hands-on Wildlife Removal & Remediation to join our Field Operations team. This multifaceted role involves wildlife removal, pest control treatment, and structural repairs. The ideal candidate will be unafraid of heights or animals and should be skilled in construction-related tasks, particularly those related to roofs, crawl spaces, and attic systems. You'll play a critical role in protecting residential properties from pests and wildlife while ensuring our high standard of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform wildlife removal and pest control services in residential settings
- Conduct full remediation and exclusion repairs to prevent future infestations
- Work on roofs, attics, and crawl spaces to identify and resolve animal entry points
- Install and maintain exclusion products (chimney caps, attic fans, vent covers, etc.)
- Interact with clients to explain services and maintain customer satisfaction
- Maintain service records and follow company protocols and safety procedures
- Drive company vehicle to various job sites and represent AMS with professionalism
- Experience in wildlife removal, pest control, and/or exterior repair
- Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces
- Strong knowledge of roofing, gutters, drip edges, attic systems, and crawl space infrastructure
- Possess a current Nuisance Wildlife License
- Capable of diagnosing and solving pest and animal-related problems independently
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work in a physically demanding environment
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
