Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned that pertain to this position.
- Fabricate and assemble metal fencing panels, gates, and custom components according to blueprints.
- Perform various welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick) on steel, aluminum, and iron.
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
- Operate fabrication tools such as saws, grinders, and drills safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized welding shop environment.
Education and Experience:
- Proven welding and fabrication experience, preferably in a related field.
- Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
- Knowledge of safety procedures for welding and shop operations.
- Welding certification is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
