Competitive Salary [This position is an S01-S02 exempt position with a min-max rate of: $60,405.80- $76,590.42 based on experience and education] with:

This role is required to report in person to our Syracuse, NY Nascentia organizational office Monday- Friday 8am-4:30pm.
Performance Responsibilities And Standards
- Assist in updating, maintaining, and improving the organization’s websites in accordance with the organization’s needs, policies and procedures, and security solutions; collaborates closely with Marketing/Communications and IT Department.
- Build and modify web pages using content management systems (such as WordPress) and coding languages (such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Ensure website content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with branding and communication guidelines.
- Create visually appealing layouts, graphics, and multimedia elements for web pages using design tools such as the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Canva.
- Assist with keyword research and optimization of web content for search engines. Implement and refine SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search rankings.
- Use Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools to track website performance and user engagement.
- Conduct User Acceptance and User Experience Testing website testing to ensure functionality, performance, and responsiveness across different devices and browsers.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, broken links, or formatting errors to maintain a high-quality user experience.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in web design, development, and digital marketing.
- Assist employees with using company websites through one-on-one support and training sessions.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- 1-3 years of experience in web design, development, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in web design, digital media, computer science, or Associate Degree with equivalent professional experience required
- Experience working with website content management platforms (such as WordPress).
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
- Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Understanding of SEO principles and ability to assist with optimizing website content.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team to meet stringent deadlines
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized and highly motivated; ability to multi-task
- This role is required to report in person to our Syracuse, NY Nascentia organizational office Monday- Friday 8am-4:30pm.
- Ability to sit or stand 90% of the day.
- Speaking/visual/hearing ability sufficient to comprehend and express written/verbal communication.
- Frequent sitting, standing, walking
- Extended periods of computer use
- Ability to express self verbally and in writing.
- Ability to verbally communicate over a telephone.
