Summary
FIRST RF is looking for a passionate and skilled Web Developer to join our team. This position will develop, maintain, and deploy internal web applications. You will work closely with engineers and the operations team to ensure a seamless and innovative user experience. We are looking for an individual who is a problem-solver and eager to contribute to a collaborative, dynamic environment.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position at 40 hours per week. Typical office hours include Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm; however, these hours may vary based on workload and the manager’s discretion.
Travel
No travel is expected for this position.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary. - Write clean, efficient front-end and back-end code
- Optimize performance, security, and scalability of web solutions
- Test, debug, and deploy changes using version control and CI/CD workflows

Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field
- Experience with front-end technologies or frameworks such as React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Proficiency in a back-end framework such as Node.js and Django
- Basic networking knowledge
- Proficiency in Docker
- Familiarity with VSCode Devcontainers
- Comfortable in a Linux environment
