About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and relationship-driven Senior Branch Premier Banker to join a leading financial institution’s Consumer and Small Business Banking division. This role focuses on building and deepening relationships with affluent clients and small business customers by offering personalized financial advice and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively acquire new affluent and small business clients through outreach and appointments.
• Deepen existing relationships by identifying and recommending appropriate financial products and services.
• Conduct financial reviews to understand client goals and provide tailored banking, credit, and investment solutions.
• Partner with mortgage, business, and wealth management teams to deliver comprehensive client support.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of customer service experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• 3+ years of experience in client relationship management or financial advising.
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
• Knowledge of consumer lending, investments, and small business banking.
• FINRA Series 6, 63, and state insurance licenses preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including Saturdays.
