- Job Title:** Water System Apprentice (Unclassified) **Location:** Glendale, CA **Job Description:** The City of Glendale is seeking a motivated Water System Apprentice to assist in the maintenance and operation of the water distribution system. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of water mains, valves, and hydrants.
- Perform routine inspections and monitor water quality.
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely.
- Support senior staff in troubleshooting system issues.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid CA driver’s license.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
