As an essential support role within our service department, this position assists the Service Director in ensuring smooth daily operations. Key responsibilities include processing warranties, reconciling service schedules, closing repair orders, and performing various general office duties. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Average monthly income of $5000-$6000.
Warranty Administrator Compensation and Benefits:
Warranty Administrator Competitive Salary: $1500 salary per month plus $3 per closed warranty flat rate hour. Average monthly income of $5000-$6000.

Warranty Administrator Responsibilities:
- Prepares, records, and submits warranty claims to the factory and reconciles them accordingly.
- Processes all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation.
- Verifies criteria required by factory or distributor.
- Reconciles all warranty receivables with payments through the appropriate accounting schedule.
- Post warranty payments for accounting
- Maintain various service accounting schedules
- Coordinate used inventory for DEQ testing
- Quarterly training schedule for all department employees
- Spiff/CDK reporrts for advisors
- CSI tracking daily customer surveys
- Prepare flagsheet and clock hours spreadsheet for review
- Monitors employee schedules in accordance with state law and company policy.
- Request reimbursement of PDI from factory; maintain coinciding accounting schedule
- Resubmits all rejected claims promptly or receives authorization to write them off.
- Follows up on payment of outstanding claims.
- Files and maintains all service records as required by the director
- Assists with any clerical needs as directed by the director.
- Maintains a professional appearance.
- Keeps work area clean.
- Excellent communication skills (including listening, speaking).
- Ability to read, speak and understand English.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work alone, self motivate and manage one’s own time.
- Physical ability to use computer hardware/software.
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Computer literate (MS Word, Advanced Excel, Outlook,)
- Organized and extremely detail-oriented
- Deadline-oriented
- Research skills
- Basic knowledge of dealership operations and/or office/clerical experience
- Ability to Prioritize
