Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our dynamic team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse and logistics processes. Your primary responsibilities will involve the handling, sorting, and organizing of inventory and shipments.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality of goods.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment according to established procedures.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring safe handling of packages and equipment.
- Maintain an organized and clutter-free work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Keep accurate inventory records, updating systems as needed to reflect product availability.
- Assist with the regular stocktaking and inventory replenishment processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and equipment such as hand trucks and forklifts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and protocols.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Competitive salary ranging from $48,000 to $53,000.
