Warehouse Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager with at least 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision to lead our facility. The ideal candidate will oversee inventory, shipping, and receiving operations, while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Experience in Amazon and 3PL environments is preferred.

Salary

• This position offers a competitive salary of $70k-75k per year
  
  

Shift

• 1st Shift Full Time 5 days a week
• 10:00am-6:30pm (Must be available to adjust shift change if needed)
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision.
• Preference for experience in Amazon and 3PL environments.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager and AGM in managing day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory control and logistics.
• Assist in developing and implementing warehouse policies to optimize efficiency and performance.
• Monitor key performance indicators to track and improve warehouse performance.
• Lead and mentor warehouse personnel, ensuring a motivated and productive team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and achieve company objectives.
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
