About the role

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for ensuring that all new inventory is properly received, accounted for, and stored within the Distribution Center. The Warehouse associate helps complete daily order fulfillment by picking and packing patient orders. Warehouse associates also help validate inventory levels through periodic physical counts and audits.

This role reports to the Sr. Manager, Distribution Center and is performed onsite out of our Greensboro, NC location.

You Will

• Coordinate Inbound inventory receipts and validate counts
• Respond to exception tickets and email inquiries regarding distribution requests
• Process patient orders, to include the picking, packing and order fulfillment.
• Assist in inventory replenishment for office locations
• Evaluate inventory of frames, ensuring that excess inventory is distributed for sales
• Ensure the timely completion and restocking of all returns
• Conduct visual and manual quality checks on products
• Ensure distribution center aisles, boards and shelves remain clean and organized daily
  
  

About You

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of work experience, Warehouse Distribution Center or Customer Service preferred
