THE ROLE:
We are seeking a detail oriented and efficient Warehouse Associate to join our returns team in Ontario, California. The Ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to accuracy, safety, and timely task completion. This position reports to the Logistics and Returns Lead and is based onsite in Ontario, California.

We are seeking a detail oriented and efficient Warehouse Associate to join our returns team in Ontario, California. The Ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to accuracy, safety, and timely task completion. This position reports to the Logistics and Returns Lead and is based onsite in Ontario, California.
Responsibilties:
- Receive and inspect refund products to ensure they meet return criteria
- Sort and categorize returned inventory
- Contribute to inventory accuracy by updating system records for returned items and coordinating with inventory team
- Process return shipments through USPS/UPS/FedEx/LTL carriers, ensuring timely and accurate handling
- Handle return orders from FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) orders, including documentation and shipping back to appropriate locations
- Safely use warehouse operational tools like pallet jack, shrink wrap, label printers, etc.
- Label, repackage, and store returned products appropriately for resale or further inspection
- Perform all tasks in a safe, timely, and accurate manner in accordance with company and warehouse policies
- Support other areas of the warehouse including shipping and receiving as needed
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with inventory software, NetSuite preferred
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
