We’re seeking a strategic, results-driven VP of Growth to lead our North American expansion. This is a critical role for a growth executive ready to shape and drive high-impact initiatives across new business, market penetration, and service innovation.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership to define and execute a scalable growth strategy—while leading a high-performing team across sales, marketing, and partnerships.

• Own the growth strategy for North America, aligned with corporate goals and market opportunities.
• Drive new business acquisition, focusing on strategic, high-value clients.
• Expand and deepen existing client relationships.
• Shape go-to-market offerings with practice leaders to ensure relevance and differentiation.
• Lead marketing, brand positioning, and lead generation efforts to elevate visibility and drive pipeline.
• Build and scale a high-performing growth team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
• Leverage data and insights to optimize pipeline health and forecast growth accurately.

• 10+ years of senior growth, business development, or go-to-market leadership experience in the data space. 
• A track record of driving sustainable revenue growth in B2B services or consulting environments.
• Passion for scaling teams, processes, and market presence in high-growth environments.
• Executive-level sales acumen with experience closing complex deals
