We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Vice President of Commercial Banking to join our leadership team. In this role, you will oversee the commercial banking division, lead business development efforts, and drive strategic initiatives to expand our portfolio and market presence. You’ll work closely with commercial banking clients/members, internal teams, and executive leadership to enhance our offerings, manage risks, and ensure long-term success. You will also be working with community leaders and current and future commercial banking clients/members.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the commercial banking division, driving business growth and client retention.
• Develop and execute strategies to identify, pursue, and secure new commercial banking relationships.
• Oversee the origination, underwriting, and structuring of commercial loans, credit and deposit products.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to a growing team of commercial bankers, ensuring high levels of performance, professional development, and engagement.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including commercial clients/members and internal teams.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align commercial banking goals with the company’s overall strategy.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting commercial banking.
• Ensure the team adheres to compliance standards, risk management protocols, and company policies.
