Title: Vice President of Administration

Type: Permanent, Full Time

Location: McAllen, TX/Plano, TX

Salary Range: $200–220K

A leading automotive manufacturer is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Administration to oversee Human Resources (HR), General Affairs (GA), Legal, Compliance, and Information Technology (IT). This executive role is critical to aligning administrative functions with company strategy, driving organizational development, culture transformation, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction for HR, GA, Legal, Compliance, and IT functions
• Drive initiatives in culture, workforce engagement, and organizational change
• Oversee HR programs: compensation, talent development, succession planning
• Manage risk, compliance, and corporate governance programs
• Direct IT strategy, systems performance, and cybersecurity standards
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning and transformation initiatives
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 10+ years progressive HR/administrative leadership; 5+ years executive level
• Proven track record in organizational development and culture transformation
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, compliance, risk management, and IT systems
• HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) highly desirable
• Automotive industry and digital transformation (AI) experience a plus
