Job Purpose
The VP of IT – Technical Services and Data & Analytics Services is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing multiple core global IT services. This role drives innovation, operational excellence, and digital transformation across the Technical Services portfolio (networking, compute/storage, cloud hosting and collaboration, end-user computing, service desk and field support). The role will also drive innovation and operational excellence across the data and analytics services globally. Oversee global IT Infrastructure and Operations (Service Desk, Site/Field Support, Network, Compute, Storage, Cloud Hosting and Collaboration) that support the enterprise globally. Ensure IT systems and operations are optimized for performance, scalability, and compliance across divisions and regions.
Lead enterprise Data and Analytics services strategy and operations focused on delivering solutions with velocity and leveraging emerging technologies. Ensure the D&A services meet the needs of all divisions and regions by enablement of key business capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
