Job Summary

The Vice President of Forecasting will lead the development and management of Xfinity residential subscriber and sales channel forecasts. This role is critical to driving data driven decisions that support growth strategies across the organization. The VP will collaborate closely with Enterprise Business Intelligence, Finance, and Sales Channels to deliver accurate, actionable forecasts that inform strategic planning and execution. Consideration for this role will be limited to employees whose roles were eliminated as part of the discontinuation of the division structure

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Own forecasting strategy and execution for Xfinity residential subscribers and sales channels.
  • Partner with Enterprise Business Intelligence, Finance, and Sales leadership to align forecasting models with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain robust forecasting methodologies, leveraging advanced analytics and market insights.
  • Provide executive-level reporting and insights to inform strategic decisions and performance management.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure forecasts are timely, accurate, and actionable, supporting both short-term and long-term planning.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment on assumptions, inputs, and outputs for forecasting processes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in forecasting, analytics, or strategic planning within a large-scale organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in data modeling and interpretation.
  • Exceptional executive presence and ability to communicate complex insights clearly to senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated success as a people leader, building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and influence stakeholders at all levels.
