This role goes beyond technical editing, it's a unique opportunity to partner with our marketing and leadership teams to create strategic content that builds connection, trust, and awareness of our brand. You"ll be instrumental in crafting videos for digital campaigns, social platforms, internal communications, and thought leadership initiatives.

What You'll Do
We offer a base salary of $55,000-$70,000 along with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, and holiday schedule.

What You'll Do
- Post-Production & Editing: Lead the editing process from start to finish, transforming raw footage into polished, brand-aligned video content for use across digital platforms.
- Marketing Content Creation: Produce videos that support key marketing campaigns, website updates, social media engagement, webinars, and internal presentations.
- Content Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team on video content planning and execution, helping to align creative direction with overall marketing goals.
- Visual Branding & Consistency: Maintain consistent visual style, tone, and quality across all video assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Motion Graphics & Animation: Add light motion graphics, lower thirds, intros/outros, or captions to enhance video effectiveness and accessibility.
- File Management & Organization: Maintain an organized library of video assets, project files, and footage, ensuring efficient workflows and easy access for future use.
- Production Support (Occasional): Contribute to the planning and coordination of shoots as needed, whether virtual or on-location, with an eye toward efficiency and visual storytelling
- 3+ years of video editing experience (professional or agency setting preferred).
- Proficiency with editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Strong understanding of social media video trends, specs, and performance strategies (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- An eye for visual storytelling, pacing, and tone that resonates with audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to give and receive creative feedback.
