As a VP of Sales, you will be responsible for recruiting and developing high-performing teams focused to enhancing the customer experience while driving significant revenue growth. Leading various sales teams across a wide geography, the position will set strategy and processes focused on demand generation, account retention, and capturing enhanced market share.

The typical pay range for this role is $104,068.78-$135,283.02. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
This is a commissioned sales role that includes a generous variable compensation and incentives package.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the entire Subsidiary Sales team
- Responsible for the Subsidiary Master Plan Revenue target
- Operate with a high level of business acumen, integrity, and personal accountability.
- Create a culture of success and continual business and goal attainment.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve the company’s sales objectives.
- Utilize information and resources to deliver profitable sales growth.
- Plan, organize, and direct, the activities of the sales teams in the Southwest Region.
- Develops and manages sales budgets and staffing requirements.
- Deliver accurate and timely forecasts.
- Responsible for the development and administration of sales process.
- Manage customer expectations and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assumes other special activities and responsibilities from time to time as directed by the President.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years managing B2B Sales teams in the Office Technology Industry
- B.A. or B.S. degree
- Demonstrated ability to lead and drive revenue growth by influencing others.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in managing and developing department budgets.
- Experience successfully working in cross-functional teams.
- In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques.
- Travel of up to 30% may be required.
- Direct sales leadership of multiple teams in the office equipment/imaging market.
- Working knowledge of Compass Sherpa and EAutomate.
- Social Media / Marketing savvy.
