Salary: $170,000 – $185,000 per year

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead national service delivery across our high-volume, dynamic business. This executive leader will oversee all operational systems and market performance, develop scalable processes, and ensure that our customers receive the highest quality service. You will collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and Talent Acquisition to build and execute strategic growth. Strong knowledge of stadium and event security.

What You’ll Do

• Set and execute strategic direction for nationwide operations
• Lead a high-performing, geographically distributed operations team
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and address performance feedback
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and TA leadership to meet workforce and budgetary goals
• Oversee operational KPIs, staffing efficiency, service quality, and compliance
• Implement process improvements and scalable systems for seasonal and event-based staffing
• Present operational performance metrics to the COO
• Monitor market trends and client expectations to drive improvements
  
  

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in business or operations (MBA preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in high-volume staffing, operations, or event security
• 5+ years in executive or senior leadership roles
• Proven success managing large teams and multi-site operations
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced, seasonal business is highly preferred
