All God's Children International is actively seeking a dedicated individual to serve as our Vice President of Global Impact.

The Vice President of Global Impact will be a visionary and strategic leader responsible for driving the mission of AGCI to create measurable, sustainable, and replicable change in the lives of children, families, and communities across the globe. This role oversees impact measurement and evaluation, grant management, training and capacity building, outreach, and public advocacy efforts. The Vice President of Global Impact will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align programs, partnerships, and initiatives with AGCI’s mission, values, and overall global strategy.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Strategic Program Leadership

  • Partner with the Chief Programs Officer to develop and implement a global impact strategy that aligns with AGCI’s mission and long-term goals.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define and prioritize initiatives that advance the mission of AGCI.
  • Lead cross-departmental efforts to integrate impact-focused, trauma-wise methodologies into organizational practices and decision-making.

Outreach and Public Advocacy

  • Serve as a public ambassador for AGCI, representing its mission and values at global conferences, events, and media engagements.
  • Lead public speaking and advocacy efforts to raise awareness and mobilize support for key initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to feature the organization’s impact through industry journals, conferences, and multimedia platforms to enhance AGCI’s visibility and thought leadership as a trauma disruptor organization.
  • Oversee the creation of high-impact content, such as annual reports, case studies, and digital campaigns, that resonate with diverse stakeholders and inspire engagement.
  • Cultivate partnerships with media outlets, academic institutions, and influencers to co-create and disseminate stories and reports that highlight the impact of AGCI's global team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative formats, such as interactive dashboards, videos, or podcasts, for sharing impact stories.
  • Ensure the integrity, fidelity, sensitivity, and accuracy of all impact-related publications.

Impact Measurement and Evaluation

  • Supervise the development and dissemination of high-level publications, such as impact reports and case studies, to position AGCI as a global thought leader in disrupting trauma.
  • Provide executive-level guidance on leveraging insights to shape strategic direction, enhance program performance, and demonstrate impact.
  • Partner with the Director of Measurement and Evaluation to establish strategic priorities for organization-wide monitoring, evaluation, and learning.

Grant Management and Resource Development

  • Develop and execute a strategic grant acquisition plan to exceed $6.5 million in grant funding for AGCI global initiatives over the next 3 years.
  • Cultivate high-value partnerships with donors, foundations, and corporate partners to secure funding for AGCI global initiatives.
  • Direct efforts to identify new funding opportunities that advance strategic priorities.
  • Co-create the strategic direction for grants management, ensuring alignment with AGCI's key objectives.

Training and Capacity Building

  • Supervise the design and implementation of training and outreach programs for internal teams, partners, communities, and government offices.
  • Develop a culture of continuous learning and improvement across AGCI’s global impact team, programs, and operations.
  • Co-create methodologies for scalability, sustainability, and long-term impact of AGCI’s resiliency framework, with an emphasis on replicable best practices.

Supervision

  • Directly supervise and mentor staff across global impact, grants, and training functions.
  • Foster a collaborative and relational work environment that empowers all AGCI team members to excel.
  • Ensure alignment between AGCI support staff and overall global strategy.

General

  • May travel 30% or more internationally or domestically as directed by the Chief Programs Officer.
  • Demonstrates ability to work in a remote work environment.
  • Displays excellent communication skills, including public speaking, writing, presentation, and listening abilities; displays excellent ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
  • Maintains punctual, regular, and predictable attendance; has the ability to work evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation and remains open to all levels of work and support for the organization.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION

Master’s degree in international development, public policy, nonprofit management, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered. 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in global impact, program evaluation, or a related discipline. On-the-job training, including training in Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), will be made available based on the need and experience of the individual.

Working Skills

Proven track record in managing multimillion-dollar grants and partnerships. Experience working across diverse cultural and geographic contexts. Expertise in monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) frameworks. Demonstrated ability to build and sustain partnerships with donors, governments, and NGOs. Dynamic and relational leadership skills that foster collaboration, innovation, and accountability across a diverse team.

Language Skills

Exceptional communication and public speaking skills required, with the ability to inspire and engage diverse audiences. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business correspondence, reports, and inquiries. Ability to write error-free business correspondence, reports, and presentation materials. Ability to effectively distill and explain complex concepts. Present information and respond to questions from supervisors, donors/sponsors, clients, vendors, organization partners, and the general public.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Calculates currency conversion, discounts, and interest, when needed.

Computer Skills

Job requires advanced basic computer skills including logging on to systems, word processing, spreadsheet, report writing, project management, presentation creation/editing, database, use of internet and communication by e-mail. Requires knowledge of and use of Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook and Teams. Ability to learn Donor/Grants Database, Case Management Software, and International team platform.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to work with and protect extremely confidential files and information and have the appropriate discernment regarding handling issues of varying complexity and sensitivity. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions and can deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables. Has the discretion to weigh the levity of an issue and pass along to the appropriate party/leader within the organization, as needed.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Must possess a valid driver’s license and ability to supply appropriate documentation/identification to travel authorities when traveling domestically and internationally.

TELEWORK ELIGIBILITY

This position is telework eligible. AGCI may offer telecommuting and remote work to some employees when it would benefit the organization and the employee. AGCI employees approved for teleworking will be responsible for demonstrating a high standard of work ethic and maintaining the expected quantity and quality of work set forth by their manager. AGCI’s Telecommuting and Remote Work Policy will guide standards and specific eligibility requirements for telework.

This position requires the successful completion of an extensive criminal background check. All candidates must be legally eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Compensation

$105,000 - $130,000/year depending on experience.
