We're seeking multiple Vice President-level leaders to own critical operational tracks: Regulatory Approvals, Campus Build-out, Onboarding & Systems, or Financial Operations. Your track will be determined by your expertise, but our standard is universal: structured thinking, extreme ownership, and startup-speed execution.

We're private equity-backed with long-term funding and a mandate to scale. Charter applications are approved. New campuses are launching. The model works. Now we need the operational infrastructure to match our ambition.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead one of four critical operational tracks based on your expertise: Regulatory Operations, Campus Expansion, Student Systems & Support, or Financial Operations
• Execute complex, multi-site launches simultaneously while maintaining quality standards across all locations
• Build scalable operational frameworks that can be replicated across dozens of campuses nationwide
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure all operational components align with launch timelines
• Translate strategic vision into tactical execution plans with clear metrics and accountability

Transform strategic vision into operational reality by delivering measurable outcomes in your assigned track—on time, on specification, and without compromise—creating the infrastructure that enables our educational model to scale nationally.

Basic Requirements

We're selecting operational leaders across multiple verticals. All positions demand exceptional execution speed, analytical clarity, and structured thinking.

Qualified Candidates Will Possess

• Experience at a premier strategy consulting firm (MBB or equivalent such as Deloitte S&O, Strategy&, EY-Parthenon, LEK)
• 10+ years of operational leadership in regulated, scaled, or launch-critical environments
• Demonstrated excellence in at least one of the following domains:
• Navigating complex regulatory frameworks and securing public approvals
• Executing physical site launches with precise vendor management and timeline control
• Implementing onboarding systems, provisioning protocols, and internal operations with defined SLAs
• Managing comprehensive financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and multi-entity reporting
• Proficiency with AI tools to streamline workflows and accelerate delivery timelines
• U.S. work authorization and availability to travel approximately 25% (one week per month)

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
