At Groveway Pet Hospital, we’re more than just a practice—we’re a cornerstone of the community. For many years, we’ve proudly served local pets and their families, and we’re excited to soon return to our newly renovated Grove Way location. Until then, we’re continuing care from our temporary site at the old Hills Hospital.

We’re looking for a dedicated Veterinary Assistant who thrives in a supportive, collaborative environment and wants to grow alongside a friendly, committed team.

What You’ll Do

As a VA, you’ll use your skills every day to support our patients, clients, and doctors, including:

• Support veterinarians and technicians during exams, treatments, surgeries, and lab work, including preparing patients and administering medications/vaccines.
• Monitor and care for hospitalized animals, ensuring comfort, safety, and accurate medical record-keeping.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment area, including sterilization of instruments and inventory management.
• Communicate with pet owners to provide education, post-treatment instructions, and excellent customer service.
• Handling and providing care for exotic pets, including reptiles, small mammals, and birds

The Pay Range For This Role Is
