- Comunicación clara y actitud amigable.
- Proactividad y trabajo en equipo.
- Disponibilidad para turnos rotativos (incluidos fines de semana y feriados).
- Asesorar al cliente con estilo y actitud.
- Alcanzar y superar objetivos de venta.
- Aportar al look de la tienda con orden y estética.
- Estar siempre al día con las últimas tendencias.
- Sueldo fijo + comisiones por venta.
- Capacitación constante y formación en moda.
