Expected pay for this position is $36.39 - $47.63/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an hourly position.

Overview

$16,000 Sign on Bonus

OSF will invest in you on day 1! Candidates with 5+ years of direct experience will receive 24 hours of Vacation and Holiday time that will be available for use beginning day 1. This is in addition to our generous time-off benefits.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Vascular Technologist follows established policies and procedures which includes performing and recording vascular diagnostic tests. They obtain information about normal and abnormal anatomy used to diagnose disease and ensure exams are of acceptable quality. They demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care that is appropriate to the ages of the patients served.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience:

• 1 year training in vascular imaging
  
  

Licensure/ Certification:

• American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Provider
• Registered as RVT from ARDMS or RVS from CCI or must take RVT/RVS registry and pass within 1 year of hire if not currently registered.
  
  

Other Skills/ Knowledge:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
  
  

Experience:

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience as a vascular technologist
