As an experience designer, you put yourself in the user’s place and design the best way for them to engage with the tool. In this role, you’ll work closely with the product manager on your team to understand your clients’ vision and their users’ needs. Working on an agile team, you’ll build skills in designing large-scale digital experiences that are as intuitive as they are aesthetically pleasing.

You’ll be involved with the full spectrum of the digital creative process, including user research, information architecture, wireframing, rapid prototyping, interface design, and front-end development. You’ll advocate for the prioritizations of design-centered changes, refinements, and improvements, all the while keeping the end-user at the center of your work.

You Have

• 3+ years of experience with UX/UI design
• Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Experience with applying 508 accessibility standards in design
• Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and responsive design best practices
• Knowledge of Salesforce projects
• Knowledge of OmniStudio’s purpose, components, and how they shape user experience (UX)
• Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary Agile team
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or Information Systems
  
  

Nice If You Have

• Experience with designing for Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, Case Management, and Experience Cloud
• Experience with OmniStudio, including FlexCards and OmniScripts
• Experience with Agile, Scrum or SAFe delivery frameworks in government environments
• Knowledge of DoD systems and workflows
• Possession of strong verbal and written communication skills
• Salesforce Certification such as User Experience Designer, OmniStudio Consultant, or Platform App Builder

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
