Sanofi’s FLEXT Direct is seeking a Documentation Specialist I to support shipping operations for R&D sites. This 5-month hybrid role involves editing and preparing shipping-related documents to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining efficient shipment cycle times.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit shipping documents such as Shipping Request Forms, U.S. government agency declarations, and quality documents.
- Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of all shipments processed.
- Update and draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to shipping processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with team members across various departments.
- Occasionally assist with packaging materials on the loading dock.
- Education: Associate’s Degree (AA) required
- Experience: 0–3 years of relevant experience
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to work quickly and accurately
- Solid interpersonal and information-gathering skills
- Comfortable working both independently and in a team environment
- Familiarity with commonly used concepts and practices in documentation or regulatory compliance
- Prior experience in supply chain or biological fields is a plus
