Position: Unit Secretary

Status: Full-Time | Part-Time | Flexible Scheduling Available
Are you organized, compassionate, and thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment? Birch Creek Post Acute & Rehabilitation is looking for a dedicated Unit Secretary to support our nursing staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in our care units.
What You’ll Do:
Serve as the first point of contact at the nurse's station
Answer phones and direct calls professionally
Maintain patient records and update charts
Schedule appointments and coordinate with various departments
Support nursing staff with administrative needs
What We’re Looking For:
Prior Experience In a Healthcare Or Administrative Setting Preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
A team player with a passion for helping others
