Our UI/UX Designer plays a critical role in shaping user experiences through thoughtful interface design and research-driven insights. This position is responsible for translating user needs and business goals into intuitive, visually engaging, and accessible digital solutions. The ideal candidate combines a deep understanding of design principles with strong collaboration skills and a passion for solving complex user problems through elegant design.
Lastly, we are looking for a person who is interested in being a part of something bigger than themselves. Someone who is more interested in joining a family, not finding another job.

Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces across web and mobile platforms
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts
- Apply user-centered design (UCD) methodologies through usability testing, user interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and design systems
- Incorporate feedback into iterative design improvements
- Maintain awareness of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and responsive design best practices
- Stay current with UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies
Experience & Education
- 5–8 years of experience in UI/UX design
- Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience working in data-driven environments; familiarity with data analytics is a plus
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Proven ability to design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
- Experience working with and maintaining design systems and component libraries
- Proficiency in Figma (preferred) and other industry-standard design tools
- Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
- Knowledge of user research methodologies
- Experience conducting and applying findings from:
- User interviews
- Usability testing
- Surveys
- Competitive analysis
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams
- Open to feedback and iterative improvements
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Empathy-driven design mindset
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage time and juggle multiple projects
