What You Will Be Doing

• Guide exceptional students in creating individualized learning roadmaps that balance academic acceleration with essential life skills development including resilience and determination
• Harness cutting-edge AI technologies to monitor student advancement, customize learning experiences, and maximize each student's potential at an accelerated pace
• Connect meaningfully with students to drive motivation, spark inspiration, and navigate their accelerated educational journey while cultivating a vibrant, supportive learning ecosystem
• Partner with our innovative education team to reimagine learning for gifted students, exchanging insights and methodologies to strengthen our collective mission

Tutor Key Responsibilities

Your core mission is to empower, mentor, and shepherd gifted learners through an accelerated educational journey, enabling them to complete high school-level education by the conclusion of 8th grade via innovative, personalized learning pathways designed for exceptional minds.

Basic Requirements

• Verifiable track record of academic distinction (e.g., National Merit or Presidential Scholar, academic Olympiad placements, prestigious scholarship recipient, dual-enrollment experience)
• Proven experience in educational guidance roles (mentoring, coaching, or teaching)
• Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize generative AI tools in personal or professional contexts
• Superior verbal communication and presentation capabilities
• Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
