This role is essential in supporting our crews with daily tree care operations and operating stump grinding equipment. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with ground operations including debris clean-up, rigging, and equipment support
• Safely operate stump grinding machinery and assist with routine maintenance
• Support climbers and aerial lift operators during tree removals and pruning
• Load and secure brush, logs, and wood chips using tools and equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized job site from arrival to completion
• Follow company safety policies and wear proper PPE at all times
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient job flow
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the tree care or landscaping industry preferred
• Valid Driver's License (required)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card
• Must pass background check
• Strong work ethic with a safety-first mindset
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Able to lift and carry heavy materials and operate mechanical equipment
• Reliable team player with good communication skills
