Position Overview

Position Overview
As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll assess and treat individuals with speech, language, voice, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. You’ll work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to help patients regain essential skills for independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapy for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
- Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed
- Educate patients and families on therapy strategies and progress
- Document treatments accurately and thoroughly in EMRs
- Communicate and collaborate with OTs, PTs, nursing staff, and physicians
- Active California SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Graduate of an accredited SLP program
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and patient-focused care philosophy
