We are seeking a dedicated Travel RN - ICU to join our team in Springfield, MA.
Position Overview
Provide expert critical care to ICU patients in a fast-paced hospital setting. Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care to ensure optimal recovery. Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered services. Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and hospital policies.

- Monitor and assess critically ill patients’ conditions continuously.
- Administer medications, treatments, and life support as ordered.
- Perform procedures such as intubation, central line placement, and ventilator management.
- Document patient care and progress accurately.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
