• 8-hour day shifts with weekend rotation required
• 6 patients per day with 1:1 ratio -- 30 productivity points standard
• Home health setting for adult care
• 1 year skilled home health experience required
• OASIS experience preferred but not required
• Guaranteed weekly hours -- no shift cancellations

Per week (based on a 40-hour work week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $40.00 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
