Your Role
- Assist in the design and permitting of projects that involve drainage analysis, roadway geometrics, traffic engineering, pedestrian mobility, utility design, utility coordination and water quality design.
- Perform conceptual and detailed design calculations and analyses
- Assist in the preparation of detailed engineering reports and supporting documents
- Assist in the preparation of construction drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Ensure standard engineering practices and inclusion of appropriate documentation on various reports and design projects
- Interface with other engineering disciplines
- Plan, coordinate and execute work in a safe, timely, cost-effective, and compliant manner
- Aide with relevant codes and industry standards
- Familiarity in Microstation Geopack or Open Roads Designer (ORD) is a preferred
- Familiarity in Microsoft Office Suite preferred
- Student enrolled in Bachelor's Degree program in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Familiarity in Auto CAD, Civil 3D preferred
