What You Will Do

  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of designated areas, including trash removal and minor maintenance tasks.
  • Support team members in setting up and taking down barricades for events or maintenance activities as needed.
  • Follow facility policies and procedures to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for patrons.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to address any facility-related issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Continuously uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization in assigned areas.

  • Guest Service: Dedication to providing excellent service to visitors
  • Problem Solving: Capacity to address traffic-related issues promptly
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues and leadership
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to handle dynamic traffic situations

Experience/Education

  • At least 6 months of customer service experience

  • Must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays when required
  • Ability to work the entire event including pre- and post-event activities as needed
  • Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather, visibility, and volume conditions
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a team environment
  • Walking, bending and ability to occasionally lift, carry and put away parcels weighing up to thirty pounds
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time and may include walking long distances and climbing stairs
  • Ability to take on any role within the Guest Services Team and switch roles as necessary depending on event requirements
  • Ability to Read, Write & Speak in English. Bilingual is a plus.
