Job Description:
First‑line support for enterprise, self‑hosted BYOC customers. Triage incidents, schedule and execute routine updates, perform environment health checks, and coordinate escalations to DevOps and the Enterprise Deployment Program Technical Lead.

Job Description:
First‑line support for enterprise, self‑hosted BYOC customers. Triage incidents, schedule and execute routine updates, perform environment health checks, and coordinate escalations to DevOps and the Enterprise Deployment Program Technical Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate L1 queue in Jira; own customer comms for incidents and maintenance.
- Execute standard changes via GitOps (syncs, Helm upgrades, config toggles) and validate rollouts.
- Perform cluster and infra checks: node/pod health, events, logs, PVCs, ingress, certs, DNS, autoscaler status, image pulls.
- Patch management: coordinate k8s/OS and container image updates, CVE advisories, certificate rotation.
- Monitor SLOs and alerts from Azure Monitor/Log Analytics, GCP Cloud Operations, Prometheus/Alertmanager; handle paging and escalate per runbook.
- Collect diagnostics for L2/L3: kubectl outputs, logs, metrics, timelines; file high‑quality bug reports.
- Maintain customer environment records, inventories, and change history.
- Propose reliability improvements and documentation fixes.
- 2–4 years in technical support or SRE/NOC; 1+ year with Kubernetes in production.
- kubectl basics, Helm, Git, YAML, Linux.
- Working knowledge of AKS or GKE, cloud networking fundamentals, DNS/TLS, load balancers.
- Experience with a ticketing system and an on‑call platform.
- Clear written incident updates and steady customer communication.
- GitOps (Argo CD or Flux), Terraform familiarity.
- Azure Government or regulated customer experience.
- Security/compliance awareness (CMMC 2.0 L2, FedRAMP High) and evidence capture.
- SQL basics and log querying (Kusto/Log Analytics, Cloud Logging, Loki, or Elasticsearch).
- Familiarity: GCP Assured Workloads, Microsoft Entra ID, SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0.
