Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Temporary Medical Records. This is a Temporary position responsible for managing medical records.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update patient medical records in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all medical records, including admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Coordinate the release of medical records to authorized individuals and agencies as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to address any medical records
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all patient information and records
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous experience in medical records management preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in computer software applications, including electronic medical records systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
