Expected pay for this position is $23.35 - $27.48/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an Hourly position.

Overview

This job is located in Bloomington,IL

Travel to Pontiac,IL

This candidate will be training nurses and a site education lead.

Previous Expereince In Training Individuals Is Preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Technology Training Specialist I supports technology training initiatives within the Institute of Learning (IOL) department and Ministry Services. The Specialist I assists with basic project management of training materials development. This position assists with Enterprise-wide training and education.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: High School Diploma/ GED

Experience: 1 year of experience in a clerical or customer service position

Licensure/ Certification: N/A Other skills/ knowledge:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
• Proven ability to work without close supervision and take ownership of assigned work.
• Dependability, ensure quality of work, and timely completion of assigned work.
• Ability to learn new content, concepts and apply in different situations.
