Technician - Service Team

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team. The Service Technician will be responsible for installing, programming, repairing, and troubleshooting Windows-based point of sales systems and petroleum equipment at customer locations. Additionally, the Service Technician will provide training to customers on newly installed equipment and networks, ensuring seamless integration and customized configurations based on site needs. Responsibilities

• Install, program, repair, and troubleshoot Windows-based point of sale systems and petroleum equipment on customer locations
• Train customers on newly installed equipment and networks
• Set up custom configurations based on site needs
• Work independently and as part of a team as needed
• Repair Windows-based hardware including hard drives, motherboards, network switches, and managed firewalls
• Utilize a world-class CRM system integrated with dispatching
• Overnight weekday travel
