Technical Customer Service Representative

This position provides day-to-day support to our customers by handling part inquiries and processing parts orders. The position requires all necessary skills to handle numerous phone inquiries and email requests for parts. Our Sales and Operations Support Specialists utilize their abilities and resourcefulness to diligently resolve issues such as missing information or technical questions within the ERP and engineering systems. A sense of urgency is essential to expediting the parts order delivery and in processing billing issues. The position requires diligence in locating of customer records and handling of machine manuals and bills of materials to expedite part order quotes.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Prompt Response to all Part Order Inquires
- Ability to read Drawings to identify parts for customer requests
- Create Sales Quotes and Sales Orders
- Resolution of discrepancies of Sales Orders and Invoices
- Develop strong understanding of machinery and parts knowledge
- Work independently but know when to ask for assistance
- Follows procedures and processes well
- Strong Time management Skills to process all parts request with the day of receipt
- Other duties as assigned

- High School Graduate with some college ideal.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of Customer Service experience.
- ERP/CRM experience a must. INFOR ERP a plus.
- Excellent Phone and Communication skills
- Excellent Organization Skills
- Solid Computer Skills, Outlook, Excel and data entry.
- Must be detail oriented
