Prepare reports and presentations for management on key metrics and findings
Conduct market research to inform compensation strategies and workforce planning
Monitor and track success metrics for various HR initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 2 years experience in HR analytics or related roles
Proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset
Excellent communication skills for presenting findings clearly
