Essential Duties And Responsibilities

- Work with members of the Talent Acquisition team, including the Recruiting & College Relations Specialist updating university relations activities on spreadsheets and managing the registration for corporate-sponsored North American college fairs.
- Participate in university events, including motor sports representing MAHLE as part of the College Relations team.
- Assist the team with Employee Engagement topics such as Diversity initiatives, Performance Management system administration, and Employee Survey processing.
- Prepare purchase requisitions and process Talent Management team invoices.
- Respond to candidate inquiries indicating potential interest in MAHLE and initiate communications with candidates through utilization of tools and tracking systems.
- Work with the Talent Management HR Marketing Specialist in the development of employer branding activities, including social media content development and career fairs utilizing social media platforms.
- Coordinate special projects and attend events as assigned.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Preferred Sophomore or Junior class standing - pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business from a four year college or university
- Must possess good communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
- Attention to detail
- Independent problem solving, self-motivated and hard working
- Social media knowledge
- Ability to work 25-40 hours per week.
- Local travel with/without overnight stay may be required
