Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments. This position requires strong negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the recruitment process. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective strategies to meet those needs.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting for various positions, including technical roles and executive-level positions.
  • Utilize various sourcing strategies, including HR sourcing, campus recruitment, and social media management, to attract candidates.
  • Manage relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience from application to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Negotiate employment offers and contracts with selected candidates while ensuring compliance with employment & labor laws.
  • Maintain accurate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Lever, Workday, or iCIMS throughout the hiring process.
  • Conduct employee orientation and facilitate training & development programs for new hires.
  • Support talent management initiatives including succession planning and employee evaluation processes.
  • Engage in lead generation activities through cold calling and relationship management to build a strong candidate pipeline.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess

  • Proven experience in recruiting across various functions, including internal recruiting and executive recruiting.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems such as UKG, Paychex, Kronos, UltiPro, or Taleo is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful placements in a competitive market.
  • Knowledge of human resources best practices and employment & labor law compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders alike.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools for relationship management is a plus.
