What You'll Be Doing

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our recruitment efforts, ensuring we continue to build an exceptional workforce. Your role will focus on the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers to identify the best candidates, streamline the hiring process, and enhance the candidate experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesWhat You Bring to the Table:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment
  • Own the entire recruitment journey—from requisition creation to job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and offer extensions.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of top talent to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Utilize cutting-edge applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline and manage candidate data.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers
  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand team dynamics, job requirements, and department needs.
  • Provide valuable insights on recruitment strategies, market trends, and candidate selection.
  • Offer consistent, proactive follow-up to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Sourcing & Outreach
  • Leverage a variety of sourcing channels (social media, job boards, referrals, networking) to find the best talent.
  • Build relationships with passive candidates, sparking their interest in Cytek’s mission and culture.
  • Occasionally recruit internationally, expanding Cytek’s global footprint.
  • Crafting an Outstanding Candidate Experience
  • Guide candidates through a seamless, positive recruitment process.
  • Provide regular updates and professional communication to ensure candidates feel valued.
  • Strengthening Our Employer Brand
  • Represent Cytek Biosciences at career fairs, industry conferences, and networking events.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, sharing Cytek’s culture, mission, and values with the world.
  • Collaborate on creative campaigns to attract top talent to the company.
  • Data-Driven Decisions
  • Track recruitment metrics to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes, optimizing the hiring process along the way.
  • Compliance
  • Ensure recruitment practices align with all relevant laws and organizational policies.
  • Safeguard the security and privacy of candidate data in compliance with industry standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other sourcing tools.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.

  • Ability to interpret data and use it to shape recruitment strategies.
  • A strong emotional quotient (EQ), integrity, and sound judgment when handling confidential matters.
  • A background in international talent acquisition and/or biotech is a plus!

Physical Demands & Work Environment

  • Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
