Job Summary

Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for supporting the Centralized TA team and execute on a multitude of tasks within Talent Acquisition. This is a great fit for a skilled multitasker who is equally comfortable provide a positive candidate experience. The TA Specialist will play a critical role within the TA team by handling various administrative tasks associated with the recruitment and pre-employment process. This role always requires an outstanding ability to deliver quality work while managing multiple responsibilities and maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Employees may also be responsible for performing other job duties occasionally as assigned.

This role requires three days in offices

Your activities

  • Assist in the recruitment process of new associates by posting positions, reviewing applications, processing data, and generating specific reports for the Talent Team
  • Maintain accurate data and communicate with field and Talent team
  • Assist with any other projects assigned by the leadership team
  • Strong computer skills, ability to learn new applications, and possess strong knowledge of social media and branding
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Business Partners to support recruiting efforts
  • Oversee all activities related to scheduling interviews which include securing interview space, arranging travel, coordinating paperwork, and communicating interview details with all appropriate parties
  • Participate in pre-interview activities to check-in candidates, review interview paperwork, brief candidates on company/position details, attend hiring events
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry such as documenting notes, updating statuses in the recruiting tool, updating spreadsheets, and completing weekly reports
  • Create a positive candidate experience by remaining attentive and responsive during the recruiting and pre-employment process
  • Engage in timely and appropriate communications with internal and external parties
  • Ensure all searches and engagement strategies comply with Swissport USA policies and procedures and with employment laws and regulations
  • Other duties as assigned

Your profile

  • Work as part of a team, servicing internal parties and external candidates
  • Prioritize, multitask, problem solve and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented, quality of delivery, and effective verbal and written communication with all levels is required
  • Demonstrated agility and an ability to balance multiple/competing priorities
  • A solutions-oriented mindset and approach
  • Bachelor's degree preferred and 2+ years of experience within a national multi-unit organization, or 4+ years' experience in lieu of degree
  • 1+ year experience with three or more sourcing tools/channels to source and generate qualified candidates using each tool/channel. (Examples of sourcing tools/channels include Indeed, LinkedIn, iCIMS)
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Excellent communication skills- written, verbal, and listening skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the delivery of recruitment strategies to generate candidates and identify methods to generate talent communities and pipelines
  • Experience in end-to-end high-volume recruitment, working within set deadlines in a systematic and organized manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc…)
  • Self-directed and proactive
  • Works well under pressure and adapts well to working with short deadlines in tight turn-around situations
